Counts by is what's on the shelf. Order unit is how you buy it. Pack is how many
count units come in one order unit. When the two units differ, the Count tool automatically gives the team
two number pads — cases and eaches — and adds them up.
Needs fixing = pack is more than 1 but both units say the same thing. That can't be right, and it's
what the old bulk update flattened.
